Bradley H. Mindlin

Bradley H. Mindlin received his B.A. in Economics from the University
of California at San Diego. Continuing on to graduate school, he
earned joint degrees in an honor-accelerated program at Duke University,
an M.A. in Economics from Duke University Graduate School and a
J.D., with honors from Duke University School of Law.
Mr. Mindlin began his professional career at O’Melveny &
Myers as an attorney in the real estate department. His expertise
includes real estate finance, workouts, oil and gas, environmental,
multi-state purchases and sales, representation of landlords and
tenants, real estate litigation and negotiation. He is a member
of both the Colorado and California Bar Associations.
In 1993 Mr. Mindlin founded Mindlin Companies. The company specializes
in the ownership, leasing and management of commercial properties
with a focus on the repositioning of distressed assets. He brings
extensive experience to all of these areas.
Mr. Mindlin currently serves on the Los Angeles City Planning Commission,
the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Los
Angeles County Real Estate Management Commission. He previously
served on the Los Angeles City Convention Center Commission. Mr.
Mindlin serves as Vice President and Executive Secretary of the
Guardians of the Jewish Home for the Aging and is a member of the
Los Angeles Board of Overseers and the Board of Governors of the
Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion. In addition,
he serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
as Treasurer. He is a member of Hillcrest Country Club.
Mr. Mindlin’s number one activity outside of work is spending
time with his family. He is very involved in his children’s
school and serves as a member of the School Committee. He is married,
with two children, and resides in Los Angeles, California.

Dayna Mindlin Shulman

Dayna Mindlin Shulman is one of the founders of the Mindlin Companies
and has been actively engaged in the business since 1993. She is
a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada and
is currently obtaining her license in Texas.
Ms. Shulman is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as
the Director of Investor Relations for the Mindlin Companies. In
addition, she functions as the firm’s Human Resource Director,
focusing on workforce planning for the Los Angeles corporate office
as well as satellite offices in Texas, Colorado, Ohio and Sacramento,
California. Her past experiences include landlord representation,
tenant relationships and site selection.
Ms. Shulman is involved with a number of charitable and community
organizations, including the Jewish Home for the Aging and The Jewish
Federation/Real Estate Division. She is currently the President
of the Parents Association at her children’s school and dedicates
her extra time to school activities. She also volunteers for The
Special Olympics.
Ms. Shulman earned her B.A. degree in Business and Communications
from the University of Southern California in 1986. She is married,
with two children.

Nancy Huxford

Nancy Huxford is a senior staff member of the Mindlin Companies
and has been the company’s Controller since 1996. Her background
includes eleven years with two accounting firms, where she worked
closely with the managing partners and served as their office manager.
In both cases, she took on the responsibility for client trust accounting
and supervised business management accounts. One of the firms was
subsequently sold to Deloitte & Touche and the other to another
major national accounting firm, Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser.
Prior positions included that of Chief Accountant for Murdock Development
Company and Controller for two smaller property management companies.
Earlier in her career, she managed the accounting department of
Armstrong & Hirsch, a mid-sized entertainment law firm.
Ms. Huxford serves as the main contact with the Mindlin Companies’
outside accounting firm, Weil & Company. She presents final
year-end financial statements to Weil & Company and together
they review the
P & Ls of all properties to determine their respective profitabilities.
Her education includes undergraduate work at Monmouth College,
New Jersey and the University of California at Los Angeles. In addition,
she
has taken extension classes at the University of California in finance
and accounting. She is married and lives in Beverly Hills, California.
